Karen and bob might as well be my family. They have been truly understanding when we were at the hospital and gave us extra time to. Make it back to pay them. They don’t throw our things out instead asked how our baby was doing. If you get to know them they are amazing people.
I had an unexpectedly wonderful stay at American Inn and Suites . Due to heavy snowfall, I was stuck at the Atlanta airport on January 10th and had to make last-minute arrangements — and I’m so glad I found this place! The staffs were incredibly friendly and understanding, which made all the difference during a stressful time. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed to relax after the long delay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that allowed me to get much-needed rest. Overall, I had a very good experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay, especially during unexpected travel hiccups. I forgot my iwatch in the hotel, i called them and they shipped it via usps. I just recieved it, I’m so happy. Such a nice gesture by owner and the team working there.
Stayed here one night while heading into Atlanta for a convention. Stayed on a weekend, not loud not crowded no trouble at all. While the room furniture and paint is very dated and a coat of white paint would do wonders it was a clean room and a comfortable stay. They do need new pillows bad but it was decent The toilet did randomly run all night but if no one tells the front desk then how do they know that. Overall I would stay here again if the need arose.
The staff members exceeded my expectations, in terms of cleaniness, safety, friendliness and kindness. They are very accommodating in regards to stays and make you feel very comfortable. Exceptional in all regards. Axay is one of my favorite office people .. it’s a quite area and safe for families
The room is good for the cost. The rooms are clean and smell good. The service is good. Very nice ppl at the front desk. I’ll definitely come back. Lots of food and things to do in the area. Close by the freeway
